At the start of the current Pandemic the Government included the following types of worker as being "key workers":  


"Telecommunications Engineers, Field Engineers and Broadcasters"

and we understand that it remains the case that the Government believe that the public do need continued access to Broadband and PSB (BBC, ITV, Ch4 & Ch5) TV services, for home working, home schooling and to receive news updates, as well as for general entertainment through this continuing difficult time. So, if you have a problem with your TV signal, your Broadband or Wifi then please call and leave us a voicemail or use the contact form facility on this site to contact us and provide us with sufficient information so as to allow us to assess if we are able to help you.  


Please be aware that it is very much at our complete discretion as to whether or not we undertake any requested work. 


We will not carry out any work if we do not think it is safe to do so. 

In all circumstances we will follow, and will require anyone within the property to strictly follow, any Government Public Health guidelines in force at that time with particular attention to the following:

  • observe strict social distancing - 2 metre minimum and where 2 metre distancing is not possible or practicable then face masks must be worn and windows and doors to that particular room are to be opened to allow sufficient ventilation 

  • strict hand hygiene rules - hand washing before and after our visit

  • use appropriate personal protection equipment where shared contact of devices cannot be avoided with the use of disposable gloves and anti bac wipes or sanitizing spray for remotes etc .


If a problem can be resolved externally without entering a home then it will be and any payment due should be made electronically via Bank Transfer wherever possible.
